Teel & Company Internal Reporting

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the Teel & Company Internal Reporting application ("the Application"), an internal software integration owned and operated by Teel & Company ("the Firm"). The Application is for the Firm's internal use only and is not distributed, sold, or licensed to the public.

1. License
The Application is proprietary to Teel & Company. It is made available solely to authorized personnel of the Firm for the purpose of generating the Firm's internal financial and operational reports. No license or right to use the Application is granted to any other party.

2. Permitted Use
Authorized users may use the Application only to access and report on Teel & Company's own QuickBooks Online accounting data through Intuit's official API, in accordance with the Firm's policies and this Agreement. The Application accesses data on a read-only basis and does not modify the Firm's accounting records.

3. Restrictions
Users shall not: (a) distribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise make the Application available to any third party; (b) use the Application to access any QuickBooks company other than the Firm's own; (c) use accessed data for any purpose other than the Firm's internal reporting; or (d) attempt to reverse engineer or repurpose the Application outside its intended internal use.

4. Data
Data accessed through the Application is handled as described in the Firm's Privacy Policy. The Firm retains ownership of all data within its QuickBooks Online company. Authorization to access that data may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the Application within QuickBooks Online.

5. Third-Party Services
The Application integrates with QuickBooks Online, provided by Intuit, Inc. Use of QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit's own terms of service and privacy policy. Teel & Company is not responsible for the availability or operation of Intuit's services.

6. No Warranty
The Application is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Teel & Company does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teel & Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of- laws provisions.
