Embedded operational accountability for the firm's corporate-focused scope
In her role at the firm, Nicole operates inside engaged client organizations with day-to-day responsibility for the business functions the firm is engaged to manage—finance, human resources, operations, and administration. The role is embedded, not advisory; she carries institutional knowledge, operational continuity, and day-to-day accountability for the functions under her scope, working as part of the client organization rather than servicing it from the outside. Ms. Bianco also serves concurrently as Director of Development at Enterprise Science.
Before joining Teel & Company, Nicole's career spanned more than eight years across nonprofit accounting, public accounting tax practice, corporate accounting at a public hospitality company, and international business development—operating with direct responsibility for the work itself across each role.
From December 2019 to February 2021, Nicole served as Accountant I at Caesars Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ: CZR) in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she carried corporate accounting responsibility across one of the largest hospitality and entertainment operations in the United States—with responsibilities including invoice approvals, monthly account reconciliations across multiple properties, month-end close coordination, and adaptation to new systems and processes during the company's merger with Eldorado Resorts. From February 2021 to October 2022, she served as Tax Associate at Eide Bailly LLP, a Top 25 national accounting firm, preparing federal and state tax returns across partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, individuals, trusts and estates, tax-exempt organizations, and gift tax filings using CCH ProSystems.
From August 2022 to October 2024, Nicole served as Business Strategy & Development Manager at Droppii, an international e-commerce operation headquartered in Vietnam. She partnered with executive leadership on strategic decision-making and operational execution, led global supply chain strategy and vendor relationship management across cross-border markets, facilitated investor conferences communicating financial strategy to shareholders, and oversaw implementation of monthly, quarterly, and annual strategic plans. Earlier in her career, Nicole served as Tax Preparer at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. and as Bookkeeper at Pittsburgh Filmmakers/Pittsburgh Center for the Arts, both in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania .
